It doesn't look like it's a VM problem but perhaps a PCoIP problem from the physical desktop to the VM?
We don't use roaming profiles so I'm guessing there is something corrupt in the local profile on the physical system they log into to access the View software client. If they immediately go to a ZERO client, they can log in just fine AND if they go to another desktop where someone else is logged into the physical system and launch the View software client, they can connect to their VM just fine. They get to the connection server and are presented with their entitled pools, but once they click on the pool they want, it just says connecting.įrom the View Admin page in the logs, I can see that they authenticated successfully then after a few minutes a session time out warning is displayed in the logs. We're experiencing some strange issues where users are timing out logging into their Windows 7圆4 VM from the View software client.
